Ceres Organics Brown Rice Cakes, Tamari, 110g

What are they?

Rice cakes made with organically grown wholegrain Jasmine brown rice and flavoured with Ceres Organics Tamari Soy Sauce. Tamari is made with 100% soybeans, naturally fermented for up to 6 months in wooden casks. It is wheat-free and has no MSG or artificial preservatives. The traditional fermentation process allows tamari sauce to develop its unique flavour enhancing properties.  

Jasmine rice, distinguished by its rich, lovely aroma and mild nutty flavour, is a heritage long grain, aromatic rice grown in its original form only in Thailand. The nutrient-rich paddies are traditionally farmed by families, so the rice is lovingly cared for throughout its cultivation.

Jasmine rice can only be cultivated once a year. Upon harvesting, it is processed in the only organic mill in Thailand, ensuring that no adulteration of non-organic grains is possible.  

What are the nutritional benefits?

Jasmine Brown rice contains more fibre, minerals and essential oils than white rice. It is also high in manganese and selenium.
