What is it?

A great alternative for those avoiding gluten, the mild, sweet-nutty flavour of sorghum flour works in both savoury and sweet recipes. Use alone in pancakes and flatbreads, or mix with other flours in baking.  Sorghum Flour is stone ground from 100% whole grain sorghum. It has a light color and texture and a mild, sweet flavor, making it a wonderful ingredient for gluten free baking.
