Packaging:
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at Family Pantry. Our organic bulk food repacks are packaged in biodegradable, compostable paper bags with a tin tie. For larger orders, we may use plain paper bags sealed with a simple strip of tape. Each parcel is thoughtfully packed in a recyclable cardboard box, with fragile items cushioned in newspaper and padding to keep everything safe and sound on its journey.
GST:
All prices on our website include 15% GST.
Shipping rates (for parcels up to 20kgs):
Local Tauranga Area: $9.00
North Island: $13.00
South Island: $18.00
No Rural Surcharge:
We believe that organic wholefoods should be accessible to everyone, which is why we don't add a surcharge for rural deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE:
The above rates apply to parcels up to 20kg gross weight. Orders exceeding this weight may attract additional delivery charges.
Delivery Timeframes:
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, the usual transit times are:
North Island (Residential): 1-3 working days
South Island (Residential): 3-4 working days
For rural locations, please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Occasionally, there might be delays if we're waiting for products to arrive in stock. We will inform you via email should this be the case.
Overnight Service to Auckland:
We offer an overnight delivery service to Auckland. If your order is placed early enough (by 7 AM), we'll aim to dispatch it the same day. If your order is urgent, please let us know in the comments section on the checkout page, and we'll do our best to expedite it.
Not at Home for Delivery?
If you're not home, we will leave the delivery boxes by the front door unless instructed otherwise. If you have specific delivery instructions, please state them in the "Comments" field on the checkout page.
