Delivery / Shipping Information



Our organic bulk food repacks come in biodegradable and compostable paper bags with a tin tie. Some of our bulk products (depending on order quantity) are packed into a plain paperbag and secured with a small strip of tape. Your order is carefully packed into a recycable cardboard box and fragile items are wrapped in newspaper. We also use newspaper for padding to prevent items from moving within transit.

All prices on our website include 15% GST.

Shipping rates (for parcels up to 20kg):

Local Tauranga Area: $7.00
North Island: $13.00
South Island: $18.00

NO RURAL SURCHARGE - we don't add a surcharge for rural deliveries with the aim to make organic wholefoods available to everyone, no matter where in the country you live!

Please note: The above rates are for parcels up to 20kg gross weight. Any orders/parcels above this weight may attract additional delivery charges.

How long will it take to get my order?   

We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible*. Once dispatched, the transit times to the North Island (residential addresses) are 1-3 working days and 3-4 working days to the South Island (residential addresses). For rural locations, please allow an extra day or two for delivery.  
*ocassionally we are waiting for products to arrive in stock which may delay the dispatch of an order. We will inform you via email, should this be the case.

How quickly can I get my organic food to Auckland?

We offer an overnight service to Auckland so if your order is in early enough (by 7am) we'll aim to dispatch it the same day. Please let us know in the comments section on the checkout page if your order is urgent and we'll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

What if I’m not at home for my delivery?   

If you are not at home we will leave delivery boxes by the front door unless you tell us somewhere else to leave it.  
If you’d like your delivery left elsewhere, or have particular information about delivering to your location, please state this in the “Comments field” on the checkout page.  

Is my payment secure?  

Our website is secure and encrypted with an SSL certificate, ensuring that your details are secure when buying from our online store.  
All purchases are processed securely via PayPal for credit cards (3% handling fee applies), or with POLi for online bank transfers.
