1 cup cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
7 dates, pitted
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Juice from 1-2 lemons
Zest from 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract or essence
The bliss bites can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for a few weeks.
