What is it?
This instant dry yeast is ideal for bread baking and in various fermented products. It is well suited for both the traditional home application as well as industrial baking processes.
Where can I use it?
Ideal for breads, buns, fermented pasty and various other fermented products.
Add the instant dry yeast directly to the flour or mixed with the dough one minute after kneading has begun. The recommended levels are 1-2% based on flour weight.
Store in a cool, dark, clean environment away from direct sunlight
