What is it?

New Zealand’s Pohutukawa is an iconic symbol of Christmas, and the honey produced from the Pohutukawa flower is just as delicious as a mid-summer’s day. The sweet and creamy blend of the Pohutukawa honey will satisfy your summer cravings with just one scoop. This red blossoming flower produces a light, velvety honey.

Where does it come from?

Mana  Kai Honey was formed in 2013 by Bobby Leef and Sera Grubb in Awanui, in the Far North of New Zealand. Mana  Kai Honey is a 100% New Zealand owned and  100% Maori owned and operated business. They are specialists in beekeeping, crop pollination, honey extraction, processing and retailing. They harvest high-quality Pohutukawa honey from some of New Zealand's most pristine and remote areas.
