What are they?
Dry-roasted then lightly seasond, these cashews are rich in flavour. A moorish snack, rich in vitamin B.
What are the nutritional benefits?
Although lower in fibre than other nuts, they are still full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These include vitamins E, K, and B6, along with minerals like zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium, all of which are essential for good health. Excellent source of protein and fibre. Rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and a good source of potassium, B vitamins and folate. A staple of vegan diets.
Where can I use them?
Enjoy them on-the-go, added to trail mixes, great for baking and as an ingredient in savoury salads and meals.
