Salted Caramel Bliss Balls
These are super easy to make, only use five ingredients and turn out super delicious every time! The kids love them!
Prep time: 20 minutes / Makes 12 bliss balls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
good pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the dates, saving two teaspoons of the soaking liquid to add to the mixture.
3. Blitz dates until broken down.
4. Add remaining ingredients including the reserved soaking liquid and blitz until well combined.
5. Roll into 12 balls (mixture will be slightly sticky at this stage).
6. Pop in the freezer to set then eat and enjoy!
7. Keep stored in the freezer.
