Terms & Conditions

1. PRICES & TERMS

The goods shall be purchased on these Terms and Conditions and at the prices prevailing at the time the goods are dispatched, unless a promotional price or quotation is agreed in writing. All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. These Terms and conditions shall prevail unless varied in writing.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT

i. Payment shall be either by credit card or POLi at the time goods are ordered.
ii. Payment must be received prior to goods being dispatched. Should you wish to cancel your purchase please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order and the payment will be reversed or cancelled and the order terminated.
iii. Should goods be dispatched prior to payment being received for any reason, then payment is due immediately. The customer will pay all collection and legal costs actually incurred by Family Pantry Ltd (including actual solicitor/client costs) that are related to the collection or recovery of any unpaid account. Information relating to the outstanding debt may be passed on to a collection agency.

3. NON RECEIPT OR DAMAGE

All goods must be checked on receipt as to quantity, quality and / or damage. Family Pantry Ltd may use third party carriers. The goods leave our premises in good condition and with sufficient packaging. If the products are damaged, delivery is unreasonably delayed or the products do not correspond to the order/packing slip or delivery docket, you need to notify Family Pantry Ltd immediately by phone or by email within 24 hours of delivery with the specific details of the issue.

Faulty or non-conforming product must be retained for pickup or viewing if required by us. Family Pantry Ltd reserves the right to reject any claim that is not made in writing as stipulated. Family Pantry Ltd will replace goods covered by approved claims.

Except as provided in this clause, the customer is not entitled to return the goods to Family Pantry Limited for any reason. For damaged goods, which the customer is entitled to reject, Family Pantry Limited’s liability is limited to either (at Family Pantry Limited’s discretion) replacing the goods, or refunding the price.

Family Pantry Ltd takes no responsibility for goods once they have been delivered as per your delivery instructions. This could include animal, pest or weather damage, or theft.

4. DECLINED ORDERS

Family Pantry Ltd reserves the right to decline an order for any reason. If payment for an order has been received but Family Pantry Ltd declines the order, the customer will be notified and a refund of payment will be processed as quickly as possible.

5. PRIVACY ACT

The customer authorizes Family Pantry Ltd to collect and retain personal information about the customer for the purpose only of processing orders and financial verification – please find further information in Family Pantry Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

6. COUNTRY

Family Pantry Limited - trading as Family Pantry is a New Zealand based company. We do not offer overseas sales or delivery.
