Salted Caramel Nuts

Ingredients:
3 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
500g organic nuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180C. Mix maple syrup and salt thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Add nuts and stir until all nuts are well coated with the salted syrup.
Spread nuts on a baking paper lined tray in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Allow to cool completely. The nuts may still feel soft, but will harden as they cool.
