Say goodbye to rural delivery surcharges and hello to lower South Island freight rates
We are pleased to announce that Family Pantry will no longer be adding a rural delivery surcharge on any orders!
YESSS!!! It doesn't matter where in Aotearoa you live, now you'll be able to get your parcel delivered by us at the same delivery charge as everyone else. We've negotiated hard over the last couple of weeks and are excited to see that our freight partner has come on board and showed us their support by offering us better freight rates.
But wait, there is more...!
Not only are we dropping the rural delivery surcharge, as of today we are also dropping our freight rate to the South Island.
Our family has just returned from an amazing trip down South and we absolutely love this part of our country. Making organic food accessible for all New Zealanders is what we are passionate about, so as a business we have decided to substitute some of the freight rates to the South Island in a bid to support our South Island whanau.
