We are super excited to add this premium, New Zealand grown product to our NZ Grown & Made product range.

This flour is a wholemeal flour, gently milled in Zentrofan mills which produces a very finely milled flour. 

Made from the whole grains of rye grass, it has a slightly sour, highly recognisable flavour. Rye flour is closely related to wheat flour and is specifically used to prepare rye bread and sourdough bread, which are genereally darker and denser with a distinctive flavour against other types of bread.
