What is it?

Ceres Organics Guar Gum is a great thickener for gluten-free baking. Clean and simple - made from organically grown guar beans. Nothing added.  

What can I use it for?

A natural food thickener, guar gum is great in cooking and in baking to bind ingredients in gluten-free recipes. It has almost eight times the water-thickening ability of cornstarch, and only a very small quantity is needed. It is also used in the making of ice cream.
