Organic Coconut Sugar

What is it?

It is the evaporated nectar from the flower of organically grown coconut palm trees - no nasty stuff added. Made with a simple process that keeps intact all the goodness from the coconut flower. A perfect alternative to refined sugars!

What are the nutritional benefits?

It has a low GI making it suitable for those wanting to control their blood sugar levels. It is unrefined so retains the amino acids, minerals and vitamins found in the coconut flower including B vitamins and magnesium. In comparison to standard brown sugar it has 36 times more iron and 10 times the amount of zinc.

Where can I use it?

With its sweet and caramels taste, it can be used as a one-to-one replacement for white or brown sugar in baking. Delicious as a breakfast topper on pancakes or oatmeal.

Anything important?

Suitable for diabetics. Certified organic.
