Organic Dates, whole dried, pitted, raw

What are they?

A staple of middle eastern diets for thousands of years, they have a sweet, caramel flavour and chewy texture. These dates are hand pitted to ensure they are of the highest quality. Sourced and sun dried at the best organic farms in North Africa. Ripe tropical goodness!

What are the nutritional benefits?

A good source of essential nutrients, they are also full of fibre and almost fat-free

Where can I use them?

Delicious as snacks, great in baking. Stuff them with delicious fillings such as almonds or even cream cheese. Add them to tagines or desserts such as cakes and puddings. Cover them in chocolate for a guilty treat.

Anything important?

No preservatives or added sulphites. Certified organic.
