Organic RAW Cacao Nibs

Organic RAW Cacao Nibs

What are they?

At Ceres Organics they like to keep things clean and simple, that's why their RAW Cacao Nibs are just that! Crunchy & chocolatey with a hint of bitterness

They're made from certified organic cacao beans, fermented, sundried and roasted at temperatures below 47 °C and without chemicals, then crushed into small bits. They are basically raw chocolate before being ground and mixed with sugar, adding crunchiness and a mild chocolate flavour with a hint of bitterness to baked goods and savoury dishes. The result is pure chocolatey goodness in its most natural form.

What are the nutritional benefits?

They're packed with nutrients including iron, magnesium and flavonoid antioxidants.

Where can I use them?

Raw cacao nibs are great as a full-flavoured snack on their own, or mixed in with your favourite dried fruits,  nuts and seeds for a delicous trail mix. They're great in baked goods, breakfast dishes and smoothies and/or breakfast bowls. Add them to your baking for bliss balls, vegan recipes, raw brownies, energy bars and cookies. The options are endless really...!

Anything important?

Organic certified. Refined sugar free. Dairy free and suitable for vegans.
