Organic Wheat Bran
What is it?
Wheat Bran is the outer layer of the wheat kernel and an excellent source of dietary fiber, particularly insoluble fiber. The milling process gently separates the protective outer layer of the wheat grain from the endosperm and oil-rich germ. The resulting wheat bran boasts a high fiber content.

Where can I use it?
Add it to baked goods and casseroles as a natural fiber supplement to increase your daily intake.
