What is it?

A versatile pantry staple. Certified organic, smooth coconut milk made with minimal processing and nothing else added.

What will I love about it?

The Chantal Organics Coconut Milk is a versatile ingredient with a rich flavour, but is slightly and lower in fat than coconut creme. It makes a great base for curries, soupls or desserts and can be used as a vegan milk alternative in cooking, baking, smoothies and porridge. 

Anything important?

Organic certified. Emulsifier and additive free. Suitable for vegans.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

Please shake well prior to using! This is an organic product which doesn't contain any artificial ingredients to keep the liquid unified (natural separation may occur). Product may solidify in cool temperatures but it will melt when warmed. This has no effect on flavour or quality. Once opened, put unused product in a non-metallic container and refigerate. Use within two days.
