What is it?

Extra virgin cold-pressed avocado oil infused with aromatic rosemary oil.  

What are the nutritional benefits?

Olivado extra virgin avocado oil has very high levels of beta-sitosterol (to reduce cholesterol and improve heart health), Vitamin E, lutein and lycopine. This oil is an exceptionally rich source of the enzyme CoQ10, which plays a vital role in our body's ability to convert food into energy. 

Where can I use it?

It's perfect for gentle heating in a frying pan as well as high heat of up to 255C as it has a much higher smoke point than other virgin oils.

A fully-flavoured, aromatic oil, it enhances a wide range of savoury dishes. Drizzle over salads and seafood. Use to panfry, roast, bake and grill. Drizzle over cooked vegetables for added flavour and goodness.

Use it on roasted meats, to make delicious flat breads and to enhance a cauliflower and potato mash. Use to make dips, sauces and marinades and dressings. Use it to make moreish home-made rosemary and sea-salt crackers or crispy scalloped roast potatoes. Yum!

All natural, contains no trans fats, additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Cold-pressed at temperatures below 45C. No chemicals are ever used to extract or refine the oil from the fruit. Non GMO.
