What is it?

A gluten-free pantry staple made from white rice. Easy to digest and great in puddings and biscuits. It's a creamy coloured plain flavoured flour.

What are the nutritional benefits?

High in carbohydrates, low in fat.

Where can I use it?

The refined version of brown rice flour. Excellent substitute for white wheat flour and corn flour for thickening foods. Gives an extra crumbly texture when added to biscuit and cake baking mixes. Can make breads extra chewy and denser. Good for making noodles and dumplings. Thickening soups, stews, gravy, and sauces.
